how do i install programs on a windows mobile 2003 pda without activesync

I've got a pda (toshiba e400) with windows mobile 2003 and i often use it wirelessly (with the aid of an sdio wifi card).<BR><BR>I want to be able to install applications on it while i'm on the go.
