Car and van retailer Carbase has signed a 20-year lease with Mileway for a unit at Royal Portbury Dock in Bristol.
The retailer is also expanding and refurbishing its existing store in the shopping centre.
The deal for 12 acute-care hospitals was struck with Toscafund Asset Management, Spire’s second largest shareholder.
