The Chillicothe library is asking residents to speak up as FCC changes could shift internet costs back to local budgets.

Brighton and Fowlerville were among eight rural libraries in the region to receive funding from the Southeast Michigan Rural Library Grant Program.

To access a trail camera, locals must be signed up to participate in one of the state’s citizen science studies.
