Stop making these three Box Jump Mistakes! • 1️⃣ Step down, don’t jump down. Your job is to soften the landing, not destroy your knees on the way back down. Step off, reset, repeat. • 2️⃣ Using a box that’s way too high. If you’re landing in a deep squat, that’s not “power,” that’s just hip mobility. You should land in almost the same position you took off from. Box jumps measure how high you can jump, not how high you can fold yourself. • 3️⃣ Doing them fast for high reps. Box jumps are for pow
