Are you using Agave syrup? - If you’re using agave (or honey) and didn’t know these facts, drop a comment below! - Agave syrup is basically just high fructose corn syrup masquerading as a maple syrup alternative. On average it contains 80% fructose which is one of the worst sugars to put into your body.
