🎄Pesto and Mozzarella Puff Pastry Christmas Tree🎄. One of my favourite easy Christmas appetizers! If you watched my previous strawberry puff pastry star, I had some leftover puff pastry to use and decided to make a savoury option. The options are endless for this yummy appetizer (Brie and fig jam, garlic butter, cream cheese, etc). But I really love this pesto and mozzarella combo. You can also add red peppers or sun dried tomatoes for some colour, or a sprinkle of herbs. Recipe: 2 sheets puff

One of my absolute favorite things to make - Croquembouche - meaning in English “Crunch in the mouth” from the crisp caramel coating on the cream puffs that are filled with a delicious vanilla pastry cream 🎁 This was a fun, small one with candied cranberries - but of course you can make them any size!
